18 months old!
I have taken my 18th mth booster jab. My next appointment will be 1/2 year later, instead of 3 years old. Why? Because the doctor told my papa and mama that my motor skills is much better than my language skills, so doctor asking me to go back to check on my language skills.
The doctor asked them why hasn't me started speaking some words.. like car, bus, things like that... even a "cuits" for biscuits is fine according to her, but I did not even say that "cuits" out when I requested biscuits from them. I think I was lazy to learn according to my papa. In fact, I do understand what my parents instructions, but I also not sure why I still do not start talking yet, but only baby talk. :p He was puzzled, because in fact I started calling him long time ago, but few weeks back, I stopped calling him again. Hiaz.. (Papa, I also seldom called mama also leh :p) I also do not know what was the reason. Anyway, the Doctor advised my parents must be perserve in teaching/encouraging me to start speaking instead of them still guessing what I want at my age. So I will see the Doctor again... in 1/2 mths time.
Oh.. my mama has overlooked to update my 17th mth growth progress... nevertheless, here is my 18th mths growth progress. Nothing much also.
Things that I able/like to do:-
I was able to hold my own milk bottle when drinking my milk
I will give myself a pat at the back of my neck when I feel that I am choking while drinking water.. :p
Whenever I able to grab hold of tissue paper, I will use it to wipe my own mouth. Sometime, my grandma also bway tahan me.. she wonder why when I drool, I do not clean my mouth, but when I do not drool, I will use tissue to clean my mouth. haha
I wanted to try self feed, but I guess my parents feel that I am still not ready, thus hesitate to let me try. :p
I was getting used to the water sprinkle that my mama used to bath me, but I was still not able to accept the spinkle spraying directly on my face and head, so currently my mama is still washing my hair like I was new born. :p

Trial Class at Pat's Schoolhouse at Claymore's road
This was the 2nd time I attended trial. My papa took a lot of videos..(hope you all don't mind) .. if don't like then just view the slides that will be posted later. Looking from all the videos, somehow my parents think that I enjoyed myself more in outdoor activities and music session than story telling and "painting" session. haha
This video, can see that I was not paying attention to the teacher who was teaching us how to use our index finger to "paint" a caterpilla. I was more interested in playing with the toy car and the marker cap. :p My papa "Shake head".

I was dancing all over the music room...
This video never failed to make my papa laughed, especially at the end of the video I was "penguin walking" according to him. So funny huh? :p
Mama was suprised to see me picked up and returned a toy to Fybie who dropped it while holding onto it. (Mama, I told you I am a helpful boy right? :p) When I saw Fybie trying to pull out a yellow big plastic ball, I helped her to pull it out leh.. hehehe

Somehow later, I took it from my mama and was happily playing with it until I did not even want to return them to the teacher when she said told us so. I was very mischievous right? :p

Tagged: 10 things that my mama dislike about my papa
Erm.. my mama was tagged by Auntie Selina, this time the topic focus on “10 things my mama dislike about my papa”. My papa is also patiently waiting for my mummy to post. :p My mama was not so “free” for the pass few days since she was busying doing work and uploading some photos. :p Finally, my mama managed to come out with 5 longwinded points after cracking her brain, lot of her brain cells were killed. Haha. (Papa, you heng ah.. so far mama only managed to come out with 5 points. Ranking in random)
1. My papa’s favourite “to do” is to read newspaper, magazines or reading materials while taking his meals. If you ever see him reading the soccer section of the newspaper, that’s it! My mama can never receive immediate attention.. but slower attention from my papa.. My papa’s eye will be glued to the paper for quite sometime. Oh yes, this means my papa is always the last to finish his meals. :p
2. My papa, while laying on the bed, likes to talk to my mama, whenever she was brushing her teeth in the toilet. I wonder why my papa do not know that mama will never hear what he is talking since the bedroom tv set is switch on and his voice will be cover up by the tv set volume and mama’s brushing teeth sound?
3. My papa likes to dilly dally when comes to going out to do small errands, eg. buying lunch. You can hear him asking my mama what she wants to eat, but 5mins later, you will never see my papa leave the house. He is no where to be found, because he went back to the study room to do “sit facing his laptop”, (to do his work), he can wait till 1 hour later then go out of the house to buy.
4. My kiasu mama likes to remind my papa to buy household items for standby use. Most of the time, my papa will not remember where he kept them when my mama ask him for it. Guess what, so from now on whenever he is keeping new stuffs, he will tell my mama where he had kept them, so that when time to dig the stuff out, my mama will be his “brain” (to remind him where he kept it). Even the household items that my grandma placed, my papa does not know where the item was kept, my mama was the one who tell him where to keep this and that. Not to mentioned that my papa has been staying with my grandma for almost 30 over years, where as my mama only stays with my grandma for a few years nia. :p
5. My papa is not a “meow”. Why my mama said so? Because my papa is very choosy about eating fishes that my grandma cooks. He will only eat fishes that don’t have “fishy smell” (according to his nose). Then hor, he will pre-empt my mama not take fish into his rice bowl if he smells the “fishy smell”, so my mama will need to finish the whole fish. He will not eat those so call “lady veges” like ladies finger, brinjal, so my mama will have got no choice to finish up whatever her stomach can fill in order not to waste food. So papa, you should know now why my mama’s tummy has become so big?

My papa found a new way of letting me play with the toycar, while I was having my lunch on my stroller. I was laughing happily, but guessed what.. 5 mins after I completed my lunch, I threw up some of my porridge... must be because I giggled too much and did not swallow my porridge properly. So my mama told my papa not to play this game with me again. (But I enjoyed it so much, mama. hiaz)

How I get my name (as in Chinese Character)
My mama is a super blur blur :p, she does not know that she was being tagged until auntie SM told her. I wonder why she was busy but still able to msn her kakis. :p
But then hor, I guessed she does not know how to tag others too! “My mama very gu gu with this kind of gadget leh.” Hiaz. But thanks to auntie SM and auntie Grace.. mummy knows liao.. so:-
How do I get my name? " Let me tell you a story.. long long time ago”.. kekekeke
Actually, my parents get a shi1 fu4, his shop “JEK MENG NAME ANALYSIS CENTER”, (located at Blk 333, kreta Ayer Road #02-16 Tel: 6223 7521, why put add/tel here? cos next time want to use can find from here.. haha) to help me choose a name. Because my 2nd chinese character need to follow my grandpa’s “jia1 pu3”, “got to be “xin1”, so I got no much chinese character name choice to choose. Basically the shi1 fu4 can only help me to choose my 3rd chinese character nia. Hiaz.
So, the shi1 fu4 has chosen 4 names, “xin1 che4”, “xin1 yang2”, “xin1 han4” and “xin1 da2”.
Initially, my papa short-listed “xin1 che4” and “xin1 yang2”, but mama also like “xin1 han4”.
They did not choose “xin1 da2”, because they scare next time my peers will call me “xin1 da2 chen2”aka Suntec City when I grew up! Luckily, they thought of that. Heng ah!~
So they chosen “Xin1 Yang2” which means “bring happiness to the people around him” this is the only thing my mama remembers. Hiaz.. (Shhh.. actually she checked with papa, cos she totally forgotten. :p).
So, my parents decided to call me “Dong3 Xin1 Yang2”.
Next, my mummy would like to pass on the "baton" to Auntie Sandy, enen's mummy and Auntie Doreen, Fybie's mummy.. :p

My Beloved PetPet!~
Oh, don't be mistaken, my papa did not buy me a pet. But, just that he "cheong" to Fairprice and bought me 6 packets of Pet Pet diapers. He told my mama that he will go and buy another 3 packets to keep stock! :p Normally I will finish 1 packet of diapers in 10days, so these 6 pkts can only last me for 2mths+.
Oh, don't be mistaken, my papa did not buy me a pet. But, just that he "cheong" to Fairprice and bought me 6 packets of Pet Pet diapers. My days after MMR injection
The nurse told mummy that I may get side effects, like fever only after 7 days later, but I wonder why I so early already got the side effects.
Here are my feeding schedules:-
13 Apr 07 (same day after taking MMR):-
7 pm: No appetite for my dinner
9 pm: Only drank 100ml of milk
910 pm: Got mild fever of 38 deg, so I taken 1 tablet (crushed) of panadol, yucks! :(
430 am: Wake up to fuss
530 am: Mummy let me have my milk as I was hungry. I did not fall back to sleep, I toss and turn in my cot till 7am. :p
14 Apr 07 (2nd day after MMR):-
7 am: Mummy gave me a tub of yoghurt for my breakfast, but I got no appetite, so I did not take even a spoon.
8 am: Took another tablet (crushed) of panadol as still the fever on off coming.. yucks again!
1230 pm: Only ate half bowl of porridge for lunch
4 pm: No appetite for afternoon feed :(
730 pm: Ate a few spoonful of slice fish soup rice
9pm: Drank only 150ml of milk before going to bed
230am : Wake up to drink milk again
730 am: Wake up for morning milk feed
9 am: No appetite for breakfast
My mummy lazy to continue my feeding schedule. :p
So to conclude, I got mild fever after the jab for 1st and 2nd after the jab.
I was not in good mood as I usually does when I went out.
I fuss alot and have no appetite for porridge, milk feed.
But on 3rd day, my fever has gone. Thank god.
But I will still be fussy, and very sticky to my mummy.
My mummy hope I will get back to my cheerful behaviour soon, as she can no longer tahan my nonsense.
21 Apr 07 (9th day after MMR):-
I had developed some rashes on the back of my body. :(
Luckily the rashes disappeared after 3 days.
By the 12th day after MMR:-
I was back to my normal self. :)

Celebrating My Grandma's Birthday
It was a Saturday.. no much activity, as it was raining very heavily after my lunch, so my parents decided to stay at home, they let me take my afternoon nap (I slept from 230pm+ to 5pm) before we head to Suntec City Crystal Jade Restaurant to have dinner with my grandma, Shu1 Shu1, Shen3 Shen1, Gu1 Zhang4, Gu1 Gu1, and my cousins and of course my beloved papa and mama. 23 Apr 07 is my grandma's birthday, we had an early celebration.
Below was a video my papa took. Can you see that my grandma was very happy? Including me of course. hehe.. Cos I able to meet up with my cousins again, especial Ah Ben gor gor and Edwin gor gor. :)

16mths! 2 mths away to 1.5 years old
No. of teeths I have got as at 16mths:-
2 upper central incisor
2 upper lateral incisor
2 bottom lateral incisor
2 upper 1st molars
1 bottom right 1st molar
1 bottom right canine on the way
1 upper right canine on the way
Things that I able to do:-
Climb up the coffeetable to sit on it. :p
Drink water from mag mag... (finally), but still not pro yet..
Trying my best to climb out from my cot. :p But not long, cause my daddy has lowered it to the lowest end. :(
I can sleep on my own at night, but I need mummy to be around.

MMR Injection
Today was Friday the 13th! My mummy has booked an appointment for me, to take my MMR injection at the Jurong Polyclinic. The appointment time was 915am, I was rather happy to walk around the nurse room.. before the injection... I even lay on the floor happily. But after I took the jab, I let out a short scream... Poor me.. :( Heard from mummy, my next jab is 2 mths later.. Is 18mths jab.. aiyo.. jab again.. sianZ.
My stats at 15mths 28days:
Height: 81.5cm
Weight: 11.3kg

Today while shopping at IMM, mummy saw her good friend cum ex colleague. Ichel is Aunty Joey's daughter who is borned in 1 Jan 2006, she was the one who helped mummy requested for 1 bean sprout pillow from her aunty for me. :)
These was the 2nd time that we meet, the last time I met Ichel mei mei was when I was abt 2 or 3 mths when she came over to visit me. See, I was so engrossed in playing the sesame street toy at ichel's stroller, that I didn't look at the camera. :p

Colourful Windmill
Me enjoying the colourful windmill that my daddy bought long long time ago. But I seldom get a chance to play with it, because my mummy always think that I don't know how to appreciate it. Because from the way she sees me "torturing" the windmill, she had told my daddy to only let me play it once in a blue moon. :(

2nd Pneumococcal Jab
I had my 2nd pneumococcal jab today. This time, the PD who did the 2nd pneumo injection for me was not Dr Winston Ng, he was on leave today. Dr Ho (a lady) did the jab for me. This was the 2nd time I met up with her. Today, at least she look more presentable and not so scary like the 1st time I saw her. Can you imagine she was wearing a big spectacles frame, with a matching green colour suit the other time I saw her? I cried out loud that time the moment I saw her. :p I just give out a loud wail when she injected the jab on me, because I do not like my daddy holding on to me so tight (he was instructed by the PD to hold me tight when doing the jab). After the jab, I just simply wonder around the PD's room while my daddy and mummy carrying on asking her some questions before we were out from the clinic.
~Bye Bye~ pneumococcal jab, no need to take liao since I have completed my doses.. according to my mummy. :p

3rd Trip to Changi Airport
Today was the last day "shi2 wu3" of Chinese New Year. We came to Changi Airport again. Daddy brought me to airport because the aeroplane viewing gallery at T1 (Terminal 1) would be big enough for me to walk around freely. I enjoyed walking so much even though I have a few falls. Hope my daddy and mummy will give me more chance to walk around in the shopping mall with them then to just letting me sitting in my pram. :p

Singapore Zoo
Today, 7th day of the Chinese New Year and was "ren2 ri4" for everyone, meaning, it was everyone's birthday. Happy Ren Ri to all.
It was my 1st trip to the zoo. (Another outdoor activity I had, daddy and mummy seldom bring me for outdoor activity, but indoor alot, esp shopping centers. :p)
We reached there almost 12noon, so mummy decided to feed me my porridge before we start our journey. It was crowded with people. We saw the lion dance too, but only managed to catch the last part it it when we came out from the zoo around 230pm+. We did not really "tour" the whole zoo as the weather was on off drizzling, but overall was a nice weather as it was not so sunny. We came out early from the zoo, partly because I do not want to sit inside my pram but wanted daddy to carry me out so that I can walk on the ground. We only see polar bear, penguins, snakes, elephant, zebras, parrots, lion, and some "creatures" which mummy cannot remember their names. Overall, I like the trip, hopefully we can come again next time. :)

5th day of CNY
Daddy and mummy took leave, so meaning I can go out with them again!
They bought me to Vivo City for the 3rd time. We still find crowds although it was supposed to be working days for adults, maybe all took leave like my parents.
I had my dinner at the food court of Harbour Front, because I made noise after my dinner, daddy got to carry me out from my pram. I cheong to the coin machine "car" straight away. hehehe.
See me, happily playing with the steering wheel of the snoopy car. Mummy was saying luckily daddy did not insert coin into the machine to make it move, else I may not even want to leave the machine and go home, I was playing inside for almost half an hour and refused to go home. Mummy has got no choice but to carry me out from it, needless to say that I was crying super loud (throwing my tantrum).
Daddy and Mummy, I promised I would not throw tantrum again next time.. you all must bring me to this machine again next time if we ever go to harbourfront again.

Swimming
It was the first time I go for swimming. Finally, I have waited so long for the weather to be good and for my daddy and mummy to bring me for a swim. We went to Mount Faber Safra Club around 4pm+, the pool was not really crowded maybe because it was the 4th day of Cninese New Year. But because it was the first time I went to the swimming pool, it took me about 30mins to warm up. I preferred playing the pool water than dipping myself into the pool. Daddy bought me a float, but I was not really interested to sit inside because I screamed when he tried to put me inside. Too bad, my mummy did not join us in the pool, she only in charge of taking photos/video clips of me. (because she do not know how to swim :p)
After an hour in the pool, I finally get the kick of it. I was enjoying myself inside, I even dragged daddy back to the swimming pool when he say its time to go... so stay there for a few more mins before we left for our dinner at Lot 1. I slept for almost an hour, too tired already. Hopefully, I can perform better in the pool next time. When will my daddy and mummy bring me to the pool again??

Xing1 Nian2 Kuai4 Le4 to All
This was the 1st time that I able to "enjoy" the Chinese New Year. Last year during Chinese New Year, I was still a newborn, about 1 or 2 mths+, so still being carrying around by my parents. This year, I was able to walk around and to greet everyone a happy new year. Yeah!
See, my chinese new year clothes bought by my Da4 Yi2 Yi2. Thank you Da4 Yi2. :)
Everyone laughed so much when they see me in it. I wondered was it because I look funny or they just feel that I look cute in the clothe. What do you think? :)

Attending Solemnization
Today, 10 Feb 07. Nothing special.. but my daddy and mummy brought me to attend a solemnization. It was a solemnization of my daddy's collegues, Uncle Matthew and Aunty Yvonne (:p) at Peony Jade Restaurant, Clark Quay. This morning I did not take nap... in fact my parents wanted me to take a nap before bringing me to attend.. but don't know whether was I too excited or what, I refused to sleep.. so they got no choice.. just let me be.
Guessed what, I took my nap when on our way to the resturant. :p Took only about 15mins nap, but was sufficient, better than nothing, at least keep me fresh.
When reached the restaurant, after "PR" for 15mins, mummy decided to start off with feeding me my lunch (porridge) before the ceremony starts. I finished my porridge after the ceremony starts about 10mins. Then after my parents had their 2nd dish, I already too bored to sit on my high chair liao, so daddy no choice carry me out to let me walk around the resturant. My poor parents got to take turns to eat their meals. So I spent my time walking around the resturant through out the whole ceremony. The whole ceremony was completed at 3pm. Then they brought me to Medi-ya supermarket to walk. Then I went to visit my wai4 gong1 and wai4 po2. During the journey to their house, my daddy decided to take a longer route to my grandparents house so that I able to take my nap, so I took a 10mins nap. So I played in their house till 5pm+.. so the record was I did not have much nap today, so tired.

"PaPa"
These few days, my pronunciation of "papa" is getting more and more accurate. I will call my papa as and when I like, sometime I will even call my mummy "papa". :p
Whenever I called my daddy "papa", his heart would melt. My mummy always wondered when will I be able to call her mama. I ever called her once, but that was when I was awake during the middle of the night, I called my papa 1st, then followed by calling my mummy... haha.. Hopefully, I will be able to call my mummy, grandma and many many more pple. :)

Trimming my hair for my 2nd Chinese New Year
Today, my parents bought me to Suntec Junior League for a hair cut again. This was the third time I had my hair cut at this shop. Wow! Daddy and mummy were shocked to see so many bbs and their parents waiting patiently for their bbs turn to have their hair trimmed. By the way, we reached there around 3pm... so my mummy took a "lucky number" for my turn, it was no. 49. Hmm.. 10 more bbs to go before my turn, so we went to Carrefour to shop around and returned there in 45 mins time.. phew, finally it was my turn to have my hair trimmed. The aunty took about 20mins to trim my hair. Luckily, I can play with a robot (toys provided by the shop) and watching barney vcd.
Do you like my new hair style? Look more like boy boy already? Earlier on before I had my hair cut, the salon aunty still need to guess my gender leh.. pengz

New toy storage box for my toys
This was my new toy storage box, slightly bigger than the previous and it had got wheels! Daddy bought this for me to store all my toys.. The moment I saw it, I pushed the box around the living room, I was a bit pek1 chek2, I do not know why also. But think after my daddy saw me doing this.. he removed all the wheels to prevent me from pushing the box liao. Hiaz.. :(

Taking egg yolk
Yesterday and today, my mummy let me try eating 1/2 egg yolk & 1 egg yolk (hard boiled) respectively, taken with my porridge. The reason why she gave me egg yolk was because she heard that when I turn 15mths (in 2 mths time), I will need to take MMR injection (injections again!?!)
So, if let say I was allergy to egg yolk, then they may have to delay letting me take the jab. Luckily, I was offically clear with eating egg yolk. My mummy was so happy, she also hope that I will be able to eat hard boiled egg white and eventually the whole hard boiled egg in near future. So that she can give me more variety (ingredients with egg) to eat. Mummy, please take 1 step at a time. :p

Demonstrating the art of somersaulting
This evening, while I was happily standing on the sofa, giggling away, suddenly I somersaulted and fell onto the floor! Ouch! Luckily my mummy was sitting near me and she somehow managed to catch hold of me on time, thus preventing a "bah lu ku" from appearing on my head. The moment after the somersault, I was a bit shocked.. daddy then kept "scolding" me for not heedling his advice. Hiazz, how do I know i will end up in that way.. Daddy and mummy really hope that I would not do this again.

Practising Walking
2 days before I reach 13 months, I was trying to walk on my own. What I do was that I would stretched out both my hands to balance myself while walking. But don't know why I was caught in action doing "gongxi gongxi", maybe Chinese New Year is just around the corner or maybe because my daddy who was infront of me. haha My daddy and mummy cannot stop laughing whenever they see this video.... so funny huh?
This was another video of me walking... my daddy used his mobile phone to make me walk....

New toy cars from my daddy
Today, my daddy brought out his so called "limited edition" toycars for me to play. He bought those cars from Hong Kong last time when he went there for a holiday. There were 2 taxis, 1 bus and 1 Ferrari! Among them, I like the red Ferrari car the most. See, mummy even caught me drool-ing while playing with it. Aiyo, so pai sey leh. :p

I was happily playing with the taxi, then halfway through, I was "eating" the coffee table.. Aiyo, the table so hard leh, I was like testing my teeth patience, checked whether were them as tough as diamonds. :p

It was a public holiday today, my daddy and mummy do not need to work. Yipee, does it mean more gai gai for me
Early this morning, while I was having my breakfast (my mummy feed me with instant oatmeal from nature farm) I saw daddy fixing a huge strange boards between the entrance of the living room and kitchen. Hmm.. what was that for? After I finished eating my oatmeal, I eagerly (making some noise) to ask my mummy to release me from my high chair...
I quickly had a feel of the safety gate, I keep playing peek-a-boo with my mummy when she was in the kitchen cooking my porridge. But not long later, my daddy took out the gate (within 3 hours after it was installed) I do not know what was the reason though. Anyway, I was happy that the gate was not installed, if not I would not be able to roam into the kitchen to explore. :p

Just an update:-
Daily routine feeding and zzz-ing time:-
7am - 240ml milk
930am - 5 scoops of instant oatmeals (from Nature Farm)
10-11am - 1 hour nap (optional)
12noon - Porridge
2-4pm - 2 hour nap (sometime between 130-430pm nap, if I were to skip the AM nap)
4 or 5 pm - 160 to 200 ml milk
630 or 7pm - 8 scoops heinz multi grain cereal + 2 cubes vege puree
9pm - 160 to 200ml milk
930pm - bedtime
No. of teeths:-
2 upper central incisor, 2 upper lateral incisor, 1 bottom lateral incisor, and 1 bottom lateral incisor on the way. Strange.. my lower central incisor still no sign yet....
Things that I able to do:-
Still walking with aid of support from sofa, coffee table
Crawling around the house
Climbing up and down from sofa
Doing ^5 with one or both hands
Likes to "talk" alot which daddy and mummy don't understand
Know how to shake my body while standing, when watching tv programs
Knows how to shake my head
Sucking my mummy's cloth and sucking my pillow case to zZzZ
Clapping my hands.. and more things.. just that I cannot remember.. :p

Praying my late ye3 ye1
Yesterday was the last day of year 2006. My parents, together with my nai nai, shu shu, shen shen, gu zhang, gu gu and cousins brought me to a temple located in Geylang to offer prayers to my late ye ye.
As it was my first trip there, I kept crawling around the "praying area" to explore. (my daddy got no choice but to let me crawl).. As it was not so nice because I was giggling loud while crawling.. my daddy decided to carry me and put me into my pram.. hiaz...
After the trip we went to IMM for a short while before my parents head back home. I did not want take nap when I was back home because I already had it during the journey back home (In fact my daddy drove to East Coast then drove back to IMM.. in order to let me zzzz) So I only went to bed at 940pm. Who knows I woke my daddy and mummy up at 1150pm... they got no choice but to pat me back to sleep. While I was "going back" to my zzz land, it strucked 12midnight, our house was able to hear the fire works "pop pop pop" sound.. haha..maybe I want to be the 1st one to greet my parents a Happy 2007 New Year!!

Eversince I have mastered the skill of climbing up and getting down from the sofa, my daddy and mummy was getting busier than usual. The reason was because they will need to keep a look out at me, having fear that I may fell down one day while climbing up halfway to the sofa.
Daddy and mummy, please don't get too worry. "Practise makes perfect", right? Kekeke.

Singapore Swimming
It has been raining since sunday (17 Dec 06). But yesterday's (19 Dec 06) rainfall was the 3rd highest in 75 years according to record. The total level of rainfall recorded between midnight and 8pm last night was 345mm - more than dec ave.. News reported that the northern part of singapore was flooded.
Sob Sob, so my nai nai cannot bring me go down walk walk and my mummy complained about my clothes were only able to totally dry after two days of hanging.
Hopefully the sun will come out, which it did today! :) But then, at 5pm in the evening, it started to rain again. :( Rain Rain go away, come again another day.. me WaNt To PlaY!!

2nd Trip to Changi Airport
No one in particular to fetch, just that after my pneumo jab, daddy wants me to have a good sleep.. since the journey to airport will take about 20-30mins. So here we were. The airport was up with christmas decoration. The airport has become more beautiful since the last time I came. See, it was me posing with my daddy and mummy and also not to forget, posing with ChristmAs tree and a fountAin that I found it interesting. :)

1st pneumococcal vaccine
Just one day after my Birthday, my daddy and mummy brought me for "mosquitoe bite"!!! (injection) It was my 1st pneumo jab. When my PD, Dr Winston Ng, from Kidslink clinic (at CCK) injected the needle into my left thigh, I just let out a short "scream". It was definately a painful experience sia Ouch! I did not cry but was rather agitated as there was an auntie holding onto me, PD, mummy holding me, aiyo so many people.. , luckily the whole process took less than a minute. I hope my daddy and mummy would not bring me for this kind of injections again. Bo2 bi3 bo2 bi3 (in Hokkien)
My stats at 12mths 1 day:
Height: 75 cm
Weight: 10.4 kg

I am ONE yEaR Old today!!!
My 1st BD Cake cum Xiao3 Li3 Fei1 Dao1 :p
I spent the whole day with my daddy and mummy. They brought me for shopping again (haha), because the weather was not so good. I received presents from my yee yees, my grand parents, not to forget from my dearest daddy and mummy too. Thank you all for the presents. :)

Today my Daddy bathe me
Hi, I was so happy because today my daddy bathe me instead of my mummy. It was a long wait for daddy to bathe me again ever since I was 2mths+. I still remembered daddy was the one to bathe me when I was just borned. (When mummy was doing her confinement, daddy was the one who bathe me for 1 whole month!) I wondered what was the occassion. :p But anyway, I was happy and hope that daddy can bathe me often. :)
Daddy and mummy did not go to work today, they brought me to vivo city for the second time. It was still as crowded as before.
Can you find me in the tv? Sorry ah, that was the best picture that my daddy had taken since an auntie was also posing at that moment...
After the window-shopping, we went to wai4 gong1 & wai4 po2's house to have dinner.
I met my biao3 jie3 (noelle) who was 9 mths older than me.
I saw my da4 yi2 and da4 yi2 zhang4, jiu4 jiu4 and jiu4 mu3 too. (But no photos, sorry ah.. , as my mummy forgotten to take)
But I still don't really like any one of them to carry me, except my parents.

BIG CHriStMaS tree at Takashimaya Shopping Center
Daddy and mummy brought me to Orchard for window shopping.
I was very awake and refused to sleep although daddy and mummy tried very hard (pushing me in my pram) to make me sleep. Haha... Daddy and mummy, I do not go to orchard often, especially christmas is just around the corner, so of course I would want to "kpo" mah... heee.. I did not take any nap after my morning nap (merely about 1 hour only).. I "tong" from 12pm to 7pm...

Hi All,
Hmm.. Today, I was practising "walking" again.. I was able to walk more steps! About 5 steps, but daddy and mummy did not video clip for me. Nevermind, maybe wait till I have mastered the skill then I will show you all. Daddy find that I don't have much confidence in myself (in walking), because I "walk" very fast towards mummy.. so that I can fall my whole body on her... hmm.. daddy, please have be patient with me as I wanted to make sure I am very zai3 (steady) in walking before I really officially walk mah. :p

Break Record
I wonder why daddy still needs to go back to work at changi since it was a sunday. Mummy decided to bring me to my wai4 gong1 wai4 po2 house. Daddy sent us there around 1pm. Mummy take my cousin's toys for me to play. haha.. since she was not around. (My grandparents are the caregiver of my cosin, so during weekends, she would not at my grandparent house)
When I was there, the activity I did were to cruise around the sofa, kitchen cabinet.. or anything I can get hold of. I will crawl in and out of the whole house too. haha I had my "tea break" (milk) at 330pm and my dinner at 615pm in my grandparents house too. I did not take my nap, mummy tried to pat me to sleep, but I refused. Maybe because I am not use to taking nap in my grandparents house yet. Daddy came back to fetch us at 7pm+.. what a long wait.
Thereafter, they still went to IMM (again) to had their dinner. But luckily they had their dinner fast enough and went back home straight after that. I almost knocked off, I went to bed at 845pm without even take my last feed of the day. Imagine I was not able to take nap or sleep for almost 8.5hrs..... ZzZzZzZzZzzzzz

Hmm, Sunday again. Daddy and mummy brought me to the market for the 2nd time. We went to market to buy breakfast and newspaper.
The 1st time mummy did not follow my daddy. This time round, mummy came along too, but they are still lazy, because they only pushes me in my stroller. Although they did not really pushed me into the wet market, as it was very crowded. I did enjoyed the short trip. Hopefully there will be more trips to come. heee

Another weekend. Today was saturday. Daddy and mummy brought me to IMM after I had my lunch. They went there just to have their lunch, fastfood long john silver, I think it was rather crowded today as the extension of the IMM building (Next Level) started operation already.
Mummy gotten me a white balloon, see I was admiring the balloon.
We just took a stroll in IMM and went home after that. Thank god we went back early, the moment we stepped into our house, it started raining heavily.

New Activity
This sunday afternoon, daddy and mummy brought me to gymboree trial class at vivo city. It was the first time I had attended this kind of playgroup. It was certainly an eye opening to my parents and myself. There were tunnels, slides, see-saws, etc. I didn't like what the teacher was teaching, I thought she was trying to train our body muscles, something like that, and I felt her teaching was boring. So I chosed to crawl away from my mummy's hand to explore around. :p Sorry mummy, i must have tired you out while you chased after me. Daddy didn't bring along his socks, thus he wasn't allowed to enter the playground. He could only see me happily playing through the glass door. It was a rule that they had set, that adults must wear socks for hygiene purpose. But bbs do not need, just that mummy wanted me to wear lor. However, halfway through, my mummy removed my socks, because she sensed that the socks restricted my movement.
Oh yes, I was happy to see familiar faces, Cathleen and Gezann. :)

Today i finally get to see my FIRST numbers book!!! The book is so colourful and the pictures at every page is so real that makes me drool with saliva.... I finally use my teeth to bite on the book....hmmm....so yummy desu... But... daddy and mummy keep saying "NO.. dun do that" when i try to put the book into my mouth... dun really understand why they dun allow me to do that...HaHa...

I am 10 months old today. :) Two more months to go and I will be 1 year old already.
Tooths that I have:-
My 2nd upper tooth is cutting too. So now i have two upper tooth cutting. Mummy wonders when my cutting tooths will be fully grown out. She and daddy has been waiting patiently. But the strange thing they found out is that they heard normally baby will grow bottom tooths first, but I am the odd one out. My upper tooths cut first, anyway.. "got gey better than bo gey right"? haha
